• Honesty, professionalism, enthusiasm, and ambition
• Above-average communication and empathy skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and autonomy, but teamwork oriented.
• Fluent in Portuguese, verbal and written and very good knowledge of a second language, especially English and/or French
• Good computer skills in the user's perspective
• Driving license and own car
